These Terms are a counsel-review draft for the unified uLend web application, Wallet, APP, Bridge, lending, borrowing, staking, rewards, referrals, fiat ramp, and planned card services.
ULEND is used as the placeholder contracting entity. Registration number, registered office, service address, support contacts, effective date, liability cap, dispute forum, and final counsel sign-off remain blocked before binding publication.
By using a service, connecting a wallet, or submitting a transaction after final publication, a user must agree to the Terms, Privacy Notice, Risk Disclosure, and Fee Disclosure. If a user does not agree, they should not use the services.
Users are responsible for wallet security, private keys, recovery phrases, approvals, signed instructions, local-law compliance, taxes, and monitoring open positions.
uLend does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Rates, simulations, health factors, prices, rewards, fees, and estimates are informational and may differ from execution.
