ULEND is the placeholder Responsible Party for this draft. The final Responsible Party details, Information Officer, PAIA manual, privacy contact, processors, hosting locations, transfer mechanisms, and retention schedule remain blocked.
Depending on product use, uLend may process wallet addresses, transaction hashes, balances, positions, referral codes, device and product events, support communications, ramp/card order data, provider references, and compliance results where required.
Wallet and recipient addresses must not be sent to third-party analytics without separate approval. The web app redacts wallet, recipient, transaction, URL, phone, email, and bank-like values before GTM events.
Users should never send recovery phrases, private keys, full card details, authentication secrets, or unnecessary full bank credentials to uLend support or analytics.
South African users may complain to the Information Regulator using its current published channels. The final rights workflow and privacy request channel require owner/counsel approval.
